This year the INTA Annual Meeting moved to Europe and was attended by Helena Nel and Sérgio Braz. The event was held at the Fira Gran Via Convention Center and Exhibition Hall. An article of Sergio Braz was published in The Trademark Lawyer (Issue 3, 2017) exploring issues concerning trademark cancellation in Mozambique, including cancellation due to non-use by judicial means.
